Eligibility Criteria for Forensic Science Recruitment

Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidate must have registered his/her name in any employment office in Assam.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 1.1.2023.

Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limit is as follows:

#OBC: 3 years

# SC/ST: 5 years

Educational qualification:

#B.Sc. in Chemistry/Forensic Science with specialization in relevant subject. Or

# B.Sc in Botany/Zoology/Anthropology (Physics)/Biotechnology/Forensic Science with specialization in relevant subject OR

# B.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Instrumentation/Forensic Science with specialization in relevant subject
